In the spirit of fair play…and in honor of my upcoming novel, I (Michael Snyder) would like to make the following Satisfaction Guaranteed Offer.

If you have (bought and) read my first novel, My Name Is Russell Fink, and find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send me an email from the ‘Contact’ section of this website. I will then furnish you a list of available books (not written by me). You then choose a title from the list and we make the swap.

You must provide:
-proof of purchase (a photocopied receipt will do just fine)
-your used cop of My Name Is Russell Fink
-a list of reasons why you did not like the book (the nastier the better!)

When I receive your book (or is it my book—I did write it, after all?) I will mail you your new (slightly used and possiblly marked up, but certainly not drooled upon) book from my collection. We each pay our own shipping.

If I get enough returned copies, I will then post the best negative responses to my (brilliant) first novel and let the readers vote on who makes the most compelling argument for me being a total hack.

  2. I would play. I mean, I do have a fantastic imagination and a cynical spirit, which together, despite the fact that I loved the book, could come up with something particularly churlish, but I loaned the book to a friend.
    Opportunity lost.
