Thanks for your 'friend' invite on Shoutlife Michael. Sorry it's taken so long to respond, come over to your neck of the woods and 'visit' with you.
Your mention of the Bee Gees reminded me that I saw one of the Gibbs brothers on a Sunday morning UK TV programme a couple of years back. He mentioned a web site which I think was called: Just a Minute or something like that. He talked about how he'd got the idea from the site of stopping for one minute of silence every hour. I tried it (I used an egg timer which 'pinged' after an hour - my equivalent of monastery bells)! It's a powerful 'contemplative' tool'.
Chaos came back to reign. You blog has reminded me. I think I'll re-intro the practice and send chaos back to where it belongs.
